GET TO KNOW ABOUT MY JOURNEY

Hi, I'm Feyisitan

Simply called me 'Feyi'.

Trauma-Informed Recovery Coach, Specialist Trainer and Speaker.

I’m the founder of The Nurtured Woman, a private coaching and consulting practice dedicated to providing coaching and mentoring support to narcissistic abuse survivors.

My Mission is simple:

Feyisitan

Coach & Founder, The Nurtured Woman

To guide survivors towards healing, clarity, resilience and a fulfilling life beyond their experience of narcissistic abuse or domestic abuse.

Why This Work Matters

From my lived experience from being married to a malignant narcissist, my work is driven by passion and purpose.

Through my experience, I discovered that there are not enough outlets that offer deep rooted education and intervention from cultural, traditional and Christian perspectives on narcissistic abuse or domestic abuse.

This was my motivation to launch 'The Nurtured Woman'.

My Ongoing Inspiration

As a Christian, I'm continually inspired by the scripture in 2 Corinthians 1:4 which reads...

''He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others when they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us''.

I am also motivated by my client's transformation and many other survivors who use their voices and experiences to advocate for much needed change and awareness.

How I Support Survivors

Every survivor's journey is unique.

My services are tailored to meet individual needs and are

Trauma Informed, Holistic and Empowering.

With compassion and utmost respect, I work with you through your healing journey with tools and resources to build your confidence, gain clarity that empowers you to rebuild a safe and healthy life.

My Journey

My first degree was in Real Estate Management, I have always been passionate about helping others grow and heal. After escaping the abuser, I worked in corporate roles while supporting survivors informally — often through social media, livestreams and speaking events.

Over time, I formalised this calling and pursued professional training in coaching, therapeutic skills and trauma recovery so I could offer practical, safe, and evidence‑based support.

I’ve been honoured to speak at various professional events including the Domestic Abuse Symposium alongside the first and current Domestic Abuse commissioner for England and Wales, Nicole Jacobs and other professionals from other national domestic abuse agencies in the UK, Safelives and Women's Aid. I spoke about the 'The Complexities of Domestic Abuse on Black, Asian & Ethnic Minorities in the UK'.

I'm regularly invited to speak at different radio programmes, Podcast, church events, and other private support groups for narcissistic abuse survivors.

I work with other domestic abuse charities and I develop and deliver specialists training to professionals across health, social work, legal, education and private sector services.

Life Outside Work

I'm a Mum to four amazing young men. I escaped with them from the narcissistic ex-husband when they were all under 10 years old and the youngest was only 8 months old.

Self-care is really important to me. When I'm not supporting survivors, studying or writing new contents for professional training courses, I enjoy listening to music, dancing, dining out with friends, spending time with family, taking nature walks, and travelling.

I have keen interest in real estate and all things 'tech' but definitely not nerdy..lol.
